Desciption

Working principle:
Solar cell is a photoelectric semiconductor sheet that uses sunlight to generate electricity directly, also known as "solar chip" or "photocell", it can output voltage and generate current in the case of a loop as long as it is met with a certain illuminance condition. Application:
Photovoltaic power stations, wind power generation, charging stations, solar cars, street lights, energy-saving lamps and other domestic electricity and power transmission.

CONSTRUCTION:

  • Tempered glass ——  Its role is to protect the main body of power generation (such as battery), the selection of light transmission is required, one is that the light transmission must be high (generally more than 91%), the other is ultra-white tempering treatment.
  • EVA —— Used to bond toughened glass and power generation bodies (such as batteries).

(1)single crystal silicon panel:

  • Appearance: The battery is square, rounded, dark blue;
  • Conversion rate: 16-18%, the highest conversion rate in the laboratory can reach 25%, high photoelectric conversion efficiency, high reliability, slightly higher power generation;
  • Quality: The monocrystalline silicon sheet is complete and free of impurities;
  • Price: The unit price is higher than that of polycrystalline silicon cells.

  • Appearance: The battery is square, sky blue;
  • Conversion rate: 14-16%, the highest conversion rate in the laboratory can reach 20.4%, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is slightly lower;
  • Quality: Multiple tiny single crystal combinations, with impurities;
  • Price: The price is cheap.
